Proposal / March 2026
Scaling United Through Data-Driven Creative
A framework-first approach to unlocking your sticker catalog's full potential on Amazon.
The Opportunity
Your catalog is your moat. Let's build the creative engine to match.
United's strength is clear: a rapidly expanding catalog of sticker designs across dozens of niches, from patriotic to coffee, baby on board to diesel-only. You have 40+ designs ready for launch and plans for 20 new SKUs per month.
The bottleneck is not product. It's creative. Freelancers have been inconsistent, and without a proven visual framework, every new listing launch is a gamble. We solve that by treating creative not as a one-off deliverable, but as a system that can be tested, validated, and then replicated at speed.
Core insight from our call: Because your product type is consistent (stickers applied to surfaces), we don't need unique creative strategies per SKU. We need one bulletproof framework, discovered through testing, then deployed across your entire catalog.
Strategic Approach
Four phases. From discovery to full-scale production.
Rather than producing hundreds of listings on a guess, we invest upfront in finding what works, then scale the proven formula.
01
Months 1 - 4
Hero Image Discovery
We identify the main image approach that maximizes click-through rate across the sticker category.
- Select 3 mid-performing test products from different niches
- Conceptualize 5 - 15 hero image variants per product
- Pre-validate internally with AI analysis (Gemini) and PickFu polling
- Launch Amazon A/B experiments (Manage Your Experiments)
- 3 rounds of testing, ~4 weeks each, to reach a statistically significant winner
- Deliverable: the proven hero image formula (angle, background, styling, shadows)
02
Months 2 - 5
Image Stack Framework
We determine the ideal sequence and type of secondary images that maximize conversion rate.
- Build a hypothesis-driven image stack (in-context, materials, cross-sell, lifestyle)
- Test image order and content variations
- Analyze conversion data per iteration and adjust
- 2 - 3 iterations until we lock in the optimal framework
- Deliverable: the complete listing image playbook, position by position
03
Month 1 (Parallel)
A+ Content, Brand Story & Storefront
Immediate credibility. Universal A+, Brand Story, and a branded Storefront Landing Page, all leveraging your existing brand guidelines.
- Design 1 A+ Premium Content module (applies to all ASINs)
- Build Brand Story with brand identity and catalog showcase
- Design and build Storefront Landing Page with brand experience and product navigation
- Establish visual trust so every listing benefits from day one
- Deliverable: A+, Brand Story, and Storefront assets, uploaded and live
04
Month 5+
Scaled Production
Framework locked. Now we produce listings at volume using the proven template.
- Templatized production workflow in Figma
- AI-assisted asset generation with manual creative refinement
- Per-listing cost drops dramatically due to repeatable framework
- Target: 20+ listings/month at production speed
- Deliverable: complete image sets per SKU, ready to upload
Testing Process
How we validate before we scale
Every creative decision runs through a four-stage validation pipeline before reaching your live listing.
Stage 01
Conceptualize
5 - 30 ideas generated per test round. No limits. Raw concepts for maximum creative range.
Stage 02
AI Pre-Screen
Gemini image analysis to shortlist concepts with the highest visual impact and clarity.
Stage 03
PickFu Polling
Real consumer preference testing. Hotspot tests or head-to-head A/B polls to validate direction.
Stage 04
Amazon A/B Test
Manage Your Experiments with live traffic. The only true measure. ~4 weeks per test cycle.
Timeline
A realistic view of what to expect
The discovery phases run in parallel where possible. A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront begin immediately. Full-scale production starts once the framework is validated.

Investment
Pricing built for discovery now, scale later
The upfront investment covers the research and testing needed to find the winning formula. Once locked, per-listing costs drop to a fraction of what traditional Amazon listing services charge.
Core Investment
Framework Discovery
Hero Image + Image Stack testing across 3 products
$7,000
One-time / Months 1 - 5
- 3 test products from different sticker niches
- Hero image conceptualization (5 - 15 variants per product)
- AI pre-screening (Gemini analysis)
- 3 rounds PickFu pre-validation
- Amazon A/B experiment setup and management
- Image stack hypothesis, design, and iteration (2 - 3 rounds)
- Data analysis and conversion reporting per test cycle
- Final documented framework playbook
A+ Content, Brand Story & Storefront
Universal assets that cover your entire catalog plus a branded storefront experience
$4,200
One-time / Month 1
- 1 A+ Premium Content module (all ASINs)
- Brand Story design and copywriting
- Storefront Landing Page design and build
- Aligned with existing brand guidelines
- Upload and QA on your Seller Central account
- Serves as the trust foundation for every listing
Total initial investment
Framework Discovery + A+ Content, Brand Story & Storefront
$11,200
Covers Months 1 - 5
Scaled Production Pricing
Once the framework is proven, per-listing cost drops significantly
With a validated framework and templatized production workflow, each new listing becomes a fraction of the initial investment. Volume discounts apply for larger monthly commitments.
| Monthly Volume | Includes | Per Listing |
| 1 - 9 listings | Hero image + full image stack (5 - 7 images) per SKU | $400 |
| 10 - 19 listings Save 13% | Hero image + full image stack (5 - 7 images) per SKU | $350 |
| 20+ listings Save 25% | Hero image + full image stack (5 - 7 images) per SKU | $300 |
At 20 listings/month: You're looking at $6,000/month to fully support your launch velocity of 20 new SKUs, each with a complete, framework-validated image set. Compare that to $2,500 - $5,000 per listing for a standard Amazon product.
What We Need From You
To get started, we need a few things
Immediate next steps
- Select 3 test products -- mid-performers from different niches. Products with decent traffic but room for improvement. Not your best sellers, not your worst.
- Share brand assets -- your branding guidelines, logo files, and any design elements you want incorporated into A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront.
- Provide Seller Central access -- we need access to run A/B experiments and upload A+ Content and Storefront pages. We'll walk you through the permissions needed.
- Confirm scope and budget -- reply to this proposal and we'll schedule a follow-up call with you and the team to align on the details and kick off.
Why Pinestel
We don't guess. We test, validate, and then scale.
Pinestel specializes exclusively in Amazon and e-commerce creative: listing images, A+ Premium Content, Brand Story, storefronts, and product photography. Our conversion-focused approach is built on a framework we call the Decision Curve, mapping every image to a specific stage of the buyer's journey on Amazon.
Your brand is unique in that the product category is consistent but the niches are infinite. That's exactly the kind of challenge we're built for: find the system, prove it works, then deploy it at scale.
We're looking forward to building this with you, Shahan.
